Rapeseed oil is usually produced by a method called cold pressing which involves the rape seeds simply being crushed in a press so that the oil is released without the use of any heat treatment, solvents or anti-frothing agents which is generally used in the process of refined oils and can affect the quality, goodness and taste. By using the cold pressing method one can produce the finest quality of oil whilst preserving all the goodness within the oil.
